I like the photos of your condo. Are the photos on your website the actual photos of the condo?
Yes. The photos on the website are up-to-dated regularly.
Does the Towers have an elevator?
Yes. There are condos near the elevator so access is easy. The Towers has 10 floors, it's built with many special features. No matter what floor you are on, you get a great view of the state park across the lake and many rooms allow you to see the pool; useful if you want to see how many people are in it.
How old is the Towers?
The Towers is five years old. The building is new construction with some units still available for sale.
How old is the swimming pool?
The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were completed four years ago. The towers is the only complex at the lake which as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Are there additional charges for cleaning and tax? I see most condos charge a cleaning fee.
No. There are no hidden fees or charges. The rate you see on the website is the rate you pay. Cleaning and tax are included in the rate you see on the website.
Is internet access available?
Yes. The condos are wired for high speed internet access.
Can I rent a boat or jet ski nearby?
There are many boat and jet ski rental locations at the lake. The closest is Cutty's Wharf which has recently moved next to the towers.
